Canada Powertrain warrants to its on road / highway application customers for a period of twelve [12] months, with unlimited mileage, that our complete rebuilt transmissions and differentials will be free of defects in material and workmanship. Any on/off road and / or vocational and / or industrial applications will be covered by a three [3] month warranty. Any indication of abuse / incorrect equipment application or installation and/or lack of lubrication will void any and all warranty considerations.

Canada Powertrain will also process any warranty issues on the customer's behalf in regards to parts or assemblies that may be considered manufacturer warranty situations that are not the direct product or workmanship of Canada Powertrain.
