Canada Power Train Management Team

Our team at Canada Powertrain has been built very carefully over the years to ensure best in class customer service standards are upheld and leading expertise. From our President, through our management team and onto the rest of our organization, we pride ourselves on four core values:

  1. Respect for everyone for who they are and what they do for our company
  2. Being a strong team member that works well with others and support his teammates. We are in this together!
  3. Making sure the customer is at the centre of our decision making
  4. Showing up everyday with a “can do” attitude and the desire to make a positive impact on our business

Richard O’Brien – Vice President

I am very proud of how our team at Canada Powertrain has built a solid foundation for our business to consistently grow and diversify with each passing year.

Our mission is to let our core values guide our operations and always ensure the customer is at the centre of our decision making.

I see Canada Powertrain continuing to fortify our business across Canada while increasing our operational capabilities.

Eric Crossland – Operations

Our Canada Powertrain Team has achieved consistent sales growth over the past 30 years.

The present strategy is to add additional products and services to our established Ontario customer base.

Kevin Larison – Sales

The purpose of our business is to create and keep customers. All our business activities are focused on this central purpose.

To achieve this goal, our Team within Canada Powertrain deliver quality products and services without compromise.

Jay Tallman – Vendor Relations

We strive to stock parts from the best collection of vendors in the aftermarket industry. This is achieved by our strict set of qualifications that each one of our vendors must meet to be stocked in our warehouses.

Our vendors are our partners and we maximize success by working together.

Randy Slemp – Operations

Ownership is critical to me and each member of our team here at Pacific Truck.

We take pride in every unit we build in our shop and stand behind every unit we distribute to our customers.

Barry Wilson – Finance & Inventory/ Purchasing

As a manager of our ‘support’ role teams, we strive to do just that whether it be with credit, special orders, or more stock. In support of our customers, and ultimately their customers, we continue to expand our product lines and infill new part numbers into our current product offering daily.

We are a large business but remain flexible in our approach to stock fulfillment and the needs of customers.

Ian Reed – Marketing

We are establishing bilateral communication between our suppliers and our customers to create a virtuous cycle of service excellence.

By continuing to foster collaborative growth, we position ourselves to quickly adapt to any market shift.

My goal is to efficiently bring unique gratification to our customers, our suppliers and our team members.
